(SEPERATED CASE HEAD CARTRIGE BODY EXTRACTOR)
For the removal of a case/cartridge body from the chamber after the case head seperates from the cartridge.
Typically, a case head seperation is when the head (base) of the cartridge breaks clear off the body of the cartride, and is extracted when opening the bolt and pulling to the rear. The broke case head portion flies out, leaving the cartridge body behind in the chamber.
This tool is used to extract the broken piece of the cartridge left behind in the chamber.
